Quantum Information Systems is seeking a Program Manager for a contract position in Harrisburg, PA
The Program Manager will support the Director by assisting with day-to-day responsibilities, including managing the successful completion of two projects. In addition to the responsibilities for the program manager outlined in the position description, it is envisioned that the successful candidate will provide assistance as follows:
• Business analysis responsibilities relating to data quality, management and auditing.
• Data analysis responsibilities (including high level review of data files).
• Writing (SLDS Project, PIMS communications, requirements documents, project status reports and such), especially related to data quality, management and auditing.
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings and follow-up.
Required Skills:
Experience creating Project Plans, Communications Plans, Status Reports, etc.-5 Years
Experience working with stakeholders, coordinating meetings and follow-up-3 Years
Experience managing multiple projects-5 Years
Business analysis experience-3 Years
Data Analysis Experience-3 Years
Strong leadership skills-4 Years
Risk Management Experience-3 Years
Self motivated, requiring little supervision-5 Years
Conflict resolution/negotiation-2 Years
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project-5 Years
Strong Oral and written communication skill
Experience with Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems-3 Years
