Sharepoint Developer

Quantum Information Systems is seeking a Sharepoint Developer for a contract position in Richmond, VA

Candidate should be a SharePoint designer with demonstrable full cycle SDLC experience
Required SharePoint Skills:
o A minimum of 3 + years of experience in developing solutions for the SharePoint 2010 platform:
o Custom web parts
o Event handlers
o External lists & BCS
o SharePoint lists definitions, Content Types and Site definitions
o Master page and CSS
o Proven experience in the development and deployment of InfoPath 2010 forms
o Solid experience developing custom SharePoint 2010 workflows using SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visual Studio 2010.
o Solid knowledge of PowerShell to administer a SharePoint farm and deploy solutions
o Experience integrating web parts, enterprise search, business workflows and business intelligence into SharePoint implementations.
o Must possess demonstrable in-depth understanding of the ECM capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint 2010
o K2 Blackpearl experience a plus
Attributes:
o Ability to provide technical leadership, covering analysis, design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies (e.g. SQLServer, AD).
o Leadership and architecture experience and skills:
o Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
o Understanding of business requirements and process analysis.
o Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business both verbally and in writing.
o Creation and documentation of logical, data and physical architectures using Microsoft SharePoint and Office System based solutions.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Good problem solving and logical skills
o Self-motivated
o Detail-oriented
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize
