Quantum Information Systems is seeking a Lead WebMaster/Project Manager for a contract position in Chester, VA

Candidate will be responsible for providing technical project management and technical support for projects associated with the development and delivery of the agency website and other high profile websites and customer facing applications, content management system and service catalog. An example of a customer facing application might be a registration form for an event or an ordering system for customers.

Ideally, the agency is looking for a contractor with experience as a webmaster, Project Manager, .Net Developer and manager of multiple websites and applications. Clearly, the ideal candidate has good communication and organizational skills.

Ideally the selected candidate will have experience with making websites functional/readable on mobile and tablet devices.

Mandatory skill sets:

o Experience with website support 5 years
o Experience with website design 5 Years
o Experience with Site Corp content management systems. 1 year
o Experience with Cold Fusion or .Net development 3 years

Nice to have:

o Experience with tablet/netbooks and mobile/smart phones 1 Year
o Experience with other web languages (silverlight, ajax, etc). 5 Years

Required skills:

o Experience as a technical lead or lead webmaster for website projects, programs, and/or design efforts � 5 years
o Hands-on experience with overall website management � 3 years
o Experience with content management systems preferred SITECORP CMS, but other CMS experience will work � 1 year
o Experience with website/web application capacity planning management � 1 year
o Experience with other web languages (e.g. silverlight, ajax, etc) � 5 years
o Experience with strategy and/or coding to make websites readable/functional on tablets and mobile devices � 1 year
o Experience with website design � 2 years
o Experience with website development in ColdFusion � 3 years
o Experience with website development in .NET � 1 year
